BCBA / BCaBA Supervision

InCompliance LLC is pleased to offer supervision for those meeting the requirements for exam eligibility both online through video conferencing and in-person within the state of Connecticut.

What modes of supervision are available?

  • In-person and online through video conferencing

  • Individual and Group Supervision

 

What are the requirements?

  • Eligible BCBA and BCaBA candidates per BACB Experience Standards(including enrollment in an approved ABA Masters or certification program.)

  • Be employed or placed in an ABA setting OR have access to a client that could benefit from ABA services with necessary consents:

    • Consent from employer or on-site supervisor.

    • Consent from client to be observed in person or through video  

  •     conferencing

  • Be able to obtain 20-130 experience hours per month within employment or placement setting.

How does supervision begin?

1.) Initial Meeting

During our initial meeting, we review the overview of the supervision program, curriculum, BACB supervision requirements and your current employment/placement to tailor your experience.

 

2.) Sign Contract

Review and sign the required supervision contract and schedule a mutually agreed upon time to hold recurring supervision meetings.

 

3.) Scheduled Supervision

During your supervision time, we meet at our mutually agreed upon time to discuss topics including but not limited to:

  • Concepts and terminology according to the current BACB 6th Edition Task List (Effective January 1, 2025).

  • Review of ABA history and research articles.

  • BACB 6th Edition Task List assignments tailored to your current employment/placement.

  • Discussion, review and feedback of assignments and observed sessions.
